Flash Flood Damage in Local Commercial Building

This is the result of flash flood damage in a local commercial building. The water was about 4 inches deep throughout the front office and lobby area. Flood waters are considered category 3 water damage, which may contain dangerous contaminants. The flood water brought in dirt, debris, and other contaminants, so the building occupants had to be extremely careful when entering and exiting the vehicle.
