Commercial water damage struck this Chattanooga office building when the sprinkler system malfunctioned on the pictured floor. The property managers acted very quickly when the water damage was discovered first thing in the morning.

They were familiar with SERVPRO of East Chattanooga and called us immediately. The carpeting was immediately wet vacuumed, but our high-tech moisture content devices revealed too much water damage had occurred to the sub floor requiring us to pull up the carpeting to sufficiently dry the subfloor. We employed commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
