Ooltewah Wall Damaged During Heavy Rains

When it rains it pours as it did down the wall of this Ooltewah home. The home has an add on which housed some equipment and storage. The problem arose when part of the added roof had lifted during the storm allowing water to run down the roof and into the wall.

These types of problems happen during torrential rains. The homeowners called SERVPRO of East Chattanooga after finding out that we were on the vendor program of their insurance. We were happy to help out a loyal client.

The wall looks great after we were done and the homeowners had no regrets.
